They need to consolidate to do a private placement. It says that clearly in the news release. They are doing it to raise money and probably buy more assets.

Thursday the 7th or Monday 11th of April this is a gem!!!  small company but wonderful margins!! A repeat of 2014 is not that far away.

The wells all the properties are in motion pumping some oil at 150$ a barrel!!!! High risk but the reward migth be crazy!!!
