The urgency vote on the reverse split is highly suspect. I strongly feel there should be an investigation into that. Most people would conclude that the prospect of moving to the NAZ would be preceded by significant news to support the price and move.

I don't know why no investigation was not done before regarding PTK. Always the same: pump the stock with a lot of NR and then issued shares and silence. And then repeat.
