As far as I'm concerned it is a sign of cowardice not to face the shareholders preferring to hide behind a computer screen.  Virtual meetings allow questions to be cherry picked and give a false impression that everything is peachy keen which it ain't.

Not all hospitals are waiving mask requirements as you know Covid cases differ by regions. But the news is getting promising as hospitals begin to ease requirements. Gilver I respectfully disagree.  STDs are still out there but it doesn't stop people from having sex.  There is enough built up immunity out there to protect people from getting a severe outcome.  Generally it's people that are immune compromised or didn't bother to get vacinated that have bad outcomes. Yeah, the current Covid strains are less lethal.Just like the Spanish Flue a century ago, the first waves were the worst for whatever reason. And you got the measures to manage Covid now. MISTERFB, your points are well-taken, but I must respectfully disagree with you. Most AGMs are a formality, being "procedural", so an AGM held virtually makes a lot of sense. Now if Poet had a special situation to present at the time of the AGM, like way back when they bought Denselight and BB Phontonics, then a in-person one concurrently held with a virtual one makes sense.
