Does anyone if management participated in the re fiancing? via sedar .How long will this cash last? It is a race againgst time.Meaning Into production,sales vs running out of money. I realize it is a hard time raising cash in these tough times.I called for C.E.O. to take $1 year as salary.It was done by C.E.O. of Teck.b & stock rebounded. I also informed POET the listing on NASDAQ must remain above $1.00 currently $0.98 to avoid delisting. Do you other shareholders know of this requirement on Nasdaq?
