Daztrad They are trading houses, not market makers. They buy with client's money, so are merely order takers for their clients, especially in a stock like this. Brokers shy away from something like QHR because they do not want the client's money tied up in something that they get a measly 1% commission on when they get 9% on financing stock issues.
