Congrats to the Old Guard

This buyout was discussed on this board years ago, and now it has come to pass. Everyone from that time has been well rewarded. We got our money back with a profit and received free shares in ELD. I am very happy. We have not lost the property. We still own it along with a diversified portfolio of producing properties. As the QMX properties are developed, we will continue to profit.
