Why so?  Unless I misunderstood from others who attended the AGM, Management had stated they would take part in the original 7 cent PP. The lack of Mgmt ownership has always been a concern. Although one could argue that the options are a carrot for Mgmt to do a good job. I'm interested to see who they pull together for their new team

Listen, they failled the 1st funding effort for 750k, what makes you think this one will happen for 2 million? Nothing has changed since, other than Bellilo coming on.  I also asked if I can take part in the PP and got no answer... so it's either that it's already filled or just a lure with a alternative objective.

I would assume it has already been filled. Often in a PP the participants are the Mgmt team, usually in a big way

Based on the zoom meetings, management was participating but to a very small degree. They did not say but my impression was a few thousand dollars. Maybe $5 to $10K. That is why they tried so hard to find other investors.... because they were not willing to put up their own money.
