Francis Bellido bought 300,000 shares of QNC last week. 100,000 at 0.085 and 200,000 at 0.09. I'm hoping that the bottom is in as investors see that management is willing to risk their own money at these prices.

Also  don't forget Francis bought 2,000,000 shares in the PP at 0.05 cents. That's how he got the 2,000,000 warrents at 0.15  cents. But in reality his average cost is 0.10$ (426k$/4,3M shares) so he is close to breakeven and will try to support the SP as possible , but someonelse is drving the SP since 3 years and seem like out of the traffic now.

First off this is just speculation. I think it's a group of people but specifically on the ceo board a banned user that goes by the name buckshot and candyman. We will never know if what he posted was true or if he even owned shares. . He brought a lot of confidence with his purported closeness to Bellido  He posted text messages between himself and Bellido (this could have been all fake)

I don't know if Buckshot/Candyman's supposed info concerning Bellido was faked. It's hard to tell because Buckshot knew that Francis would be in New York for what was that HC wainwright conference in the second week of September litterally 3 to 4 weeks before the PR went out saying bellido would be in new york at the conference.
