it has specs on Quantum eWallet and secure messenger. First slide says their vision is to grow into a world leader in quantum safe cybersecurity. They can't do that if they get bought out. Buyout off table it seems.. but the returns for shareholders will be higher. last slide says CMOS coming Q2 2023. directs sales for some products. royalty deal with partnerships for all products

Sellers firmly in control. They can still get bought out. They will have.  to do a partnership or major refinancing/dilution if they want to grow   I originally bought this company for its buyout potential. We can't afford anymore dilution.

Dulition only really matters to those that own 350,000+ shares. The average retail investor only has $1000 to invest even if the average retail YOLO'd it all in QeM that's only roughly 11,765 shares which is 0.00868% ownership. Dilution is a non issue in that scenario. But I feel like Francis will be very careful and not dilute shareholders very much as he owns 4.3 million shares so he ...more
