Not so good deal after all

Some people in this chat claimed that it was good news when the company got the deal with the USA Bank Card. Have you all noticed that it was down almost 26 cents and counting after the news. I guess it is not so good news after all.

I believe that the people who feel it is good news are looking longer term. We'll need to revisit the stock price a year, two years from now to decide for certain if the acquisition was a good deal. Certainly for some one trading minute by minute or even week to week these kinds of transformative deals give rise to more uncertainty. Will it work out? Will management be able to execute? Well said. This is a stock for long-term investment and the return will be huge. I bought more during this morning's dip. Will hold for long term.
