speculation Livewell

I put a few hours into research this past weekend and in a nutshell this is what my best guess which the RTO company might be :Livewell.ca 
Hugh Notman is a director with Percy Street Capital . If you look into the Sedar documents you will see they have a qulifing transaction with Livewell  . A vote is coming up on April 5th among other things one line that stood  out was the vote on being on the Nex exchange if time permits they can’t get on the venture  exchange . Russell Breweries is on the Nex exchange hence the N after the symbol.
All info can be found if you look up Percy Street . 
This is my best guess, though I would share ....

Go to Sedar .ca look up Percy street on the very first page that comes up form of proxy you will see a line that says migrate to the Nex exchange ....

Is Percy Street not a publicly traded company already??? Can Livewell to do a RTO with them, as they already have a relationship??

They are publically traded. And of course Livewell could do an RTO with them. We are all sepculators here haha I just think RB for a variety of reasons. Lower share price, similar market cap, way higher volume and exposure..etc

I put out links exsplaining CPC and qualifying transaction a while back. The only connection here is Notman as a director. RB is looking to engage in a RTO with a private company. The company is a shell by every definition. The only think that gives it value is zero debt and the directors. They give it value because they are highly regarded and will make the rto process extremely smooth.
