Well, this all speculative but still verrrry interesting. There is no LiveWell.ca but there is https://livewellfoods.ca/about/ which is in the MJ business: "LiveWell is planning on developing two state-of-the-art production facilities with more than one million square feet of greenhouse production capacity"

And here's the news release about the qualifying transaction... https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/01/16/1289996/0/en/Percy-Street-Capital-Corporation-Announces-Qualifying-Transaction.html

I see Percy values them at 50M. Let's say the RTO happens with them and RB, can we expect share pice to jump 25x to equate to the value of Livewell or more?

Won’t livewell be s public traded company after the qualifying transaction? Why would they need an rto after that. I might be wrong but I think that’s s different transaction.

Then Percy street does not need to do an RTO

There is actually a serious connection here though.

A company just doesnt become publically traded after a qualifying transaction when its approved. They need to go through the same process as any other company to go public, either through an IPO or RTO

That’s what we are implying. The process is not actually referred to as an rto however. Phase 2 in the link I provided clarifies the procedure.

If the speculation is correct, the turn over on our investment would happen fairly quickly.
