over sold ?To me rck. looks like it is coming up to a over bought area but today it is still in buy mode but coming up to resistance. If it goes over $3.27 might continue up. In these cases I keep my stop just below the area you think everyone has their stops as the people who ever control the price will stop you out before they move it again and you may still be in the money. It depends on what you can tolerate and you sleep better.
People who control the price and thinking about fundamentals are very controversial.
