A question to the technically wise: Can they get a read on..

potential flow rate/ psi from the type of testing they are doing. i.e if the lab results come back with favorable reads on   porosity/TOC/  pay zones size  and the siesmic cheak out, is all the execution risk taken out of the play. Or is these still risk without flow rate/ PSI readings etc.  OR if it is high degree light oil and at a significant depth, along with favorable porosity is an attractive flow rate (enough for highly succesfful wells) a slam dunk.
I have a position but am looking to significanly add to it after the drilling results are relased---at of course higher share price but with significant reduction in risk----I just want to guage the remaining risk at that point in time without flow rates.
Thanks in advance.
It's all about risk/ reward with this type of investment.

The more wells drilled, and more information gathered, the more the play is de-risked. The other thing to keep in mind is that in order to continue to de-risk the play/basins, more wells need to be drilled over a larger area of land. This helps ...more
