Why does Reco drill water wells?

A fascinating documentary on Namibia, focusing on the North West portion. It viscerally exposes the need in these tribal areas for clean water sources. Reconnaissance has altered the life path for these tribes by providing 36, and counting, solar powered water wells. Reco and their efforts are not noted at all, but they/we have contributed.
