So did they report about $0.18 EPS in Q4 excluding the one time gain for the one time gain of $88.6 mln?
In 2011 they earned $0.17 per share in Q4. The shares closed the the year at $17.80 or $13.27 per share if you exclude the $300 mln they had in cash back then.
Their book value was $7.90 per share then as opposed to $3.76 now. How times have changed.
As an aside, and pure idol speculation..if they were to buy back stock (I hope they don't) from free cashflow going forward then would that not effectively consolidate more of the voting shares percent wise into the hands of the insiders given the dual class share structure assuming they don't sell any?

It's a great result for a Q that is usually weak due to inventory clearance.
