This might sound like conspiracy,,,
do u think management pushed the price down on class A shares? Lvl 2 data of the voting shares shows little resistance up to 2.44. Talking around 7,000 shares,, kinda seems like they wanted the option as cheap as possible,, just my 2 sense

Random question for you - how do you get your Level 2 data?  I haven't been able to find a good way of getting it.  There are tax reasons why you generally can't issue stock options in the money as it would create a taxable benefit immediately.  Plus their stock option plan states that they can only issue options with the lowest price being the share price of the prior

Yes mephisto,,, I acquired lvl 2 data from RBC,,, I have my trading account with them,,, not sure if RBC has good lvl 2 data but it what I use :)
