This is very frustrating

It's very frustrating to say the least. Time to write a polite letter to the BOD and remind them of their fiduciary duties to shareholder. Although this was attempted over a year ago by Donville Kent (go look at their website) and none of their common sense recommendations have been enacted except for a timid share buyback. An uplisting to the TSX increases your visibility by many folds, enables and allows mutual funds, pension funds and index funds to consider you as a viable investments and attracts potential brokerage coverage. Any thoughts what's going on here?. Tx glta dd

Majority holder of the voting shares controls everything and the company can't get back on the TSX with the dual structure.  The family clearly prefers the dual share structure so that is unlikely to change.  Vomit exchange forever apparently.  Well, until they try to take it private on the cheap that is.  I personally am unsure if they'd even be willing to shell out a ...more

I agree. The only positive is that these old farts are probably older than the average shareholder which means they have to make a move sooner or later.  Cheap company without a doubt and certainly worth a lot more than it is now.
