Impressive buying today

Cibc has sold approx 600k this week, a long getting into the PP.  Now that they are done, there's barely anything on the asks.  

I suspect the PP closes within a week or so.  Maybe a few days after.  

news CAN and WILL come at anytime in the meantime, Steve is obligated to announce any material info to the market.
