what worries me is they have had a few months to close the pp,if the buyer for the pp was excited to close  the deal he would have given the funds a week after it was announced on april 26, when a person is not sure about deal he will keep delaying it thats what worries me that he has ben delaying for last few months, what is he waiting for now to close the deal, its been 25 days since the announced the pp ontop of the last six month. i hope it gets done otherwise the company will not have much money left

Brent, the buyer of the PP just agreed to finally go ahead with it 3 weeks ago.   you read all the news before that, and the reasoning behind their continued interest but slight delay in wanting to officially go ahead. if for whatever reason (any reason) this does not proceed (it should, and I believe it will), there is a significant penalty for the suitor of the PP (18% ownership of ...more

The PP was first announced late last year so its taking about six months to close. Odd
