Once the new ceo is named, the financing is finalized, and the large userbase is achieved.  

even without much revenue, the stock should be trading much higher than this level.  

Reminder: Revo has more revenue than 90% of venture companies .  Should they be higher share price than 90% of stocks then?

yes, very true; if the share price stays the same, and if and when the company can fulfill a measly PP, the market cap will increase; and then, will increase again after another 5 cent pp is done, with another 40 Million shares added
