The future of RevoluGroup can go a few ways.  But it will not be ending in a delist, a bankruptcy, or anything of the sort.

RevoluPAY and its financial processing capabilities is in demand, that much is true

It's very important due to past history that Erik has all his ducks in a row and ready.  If he doesn't, the company will move in a different direction, simple as that.   once he proves his offer is legit (I believe he will) and has financial guaranteed backing from a legitimate source(s), they can move ahead and negotiate the best deal forward for the company.

I guess if one says "potentially a big week", it wouldn't be considered a lie if it doesn't happen; just like using the words shortly, etc. But generally speaking, "shortly" generally doesn't happen around here. It certainly isn't expected, based on past performances, that erik will comply quickly. Perhaps rev0 should get the fine paid first, before it moves to

We'll see what happens, if I were Erik I'd release  My own news and prove up the deal to leave no doubt or grey area.   Clock is ticking ...
