Nice work Mr Young

Nice work Mr YoungIf you or your team ever reads this i would just like to say nice work. I've read all the documents and from what I see the outcome from Friday was positive. Also answered the only question I had which was why and it's pretty well explained.
From what it see it all came down to a major commissioning failure from previous management by trying to cheap out on start up and doing the commissioning in house rather than just pay the original engineering firm the money to complete it. Unbelievable, but rather than worry about what happened in the past I'm glad to see that the proper leader is now in place for this to work. I once again wish you and your small team good luck and look forward on seeing more positive news.
