The Company’s subsidiaries include Royal Helium Exploration Limited (RHEL), and Imperial Helium Corp (IHC).

I still cant find all the info that your stating. Just bits & bites here & there.
Everyone knows about the theft at the facility, the components taken.(not the real thefts)Hmmm, hutterite colony close by :-) Unpaid contractors, paid contractors!!!!.
What kind of $hit really went on here?
