Q1 won't be profitable but close to make even

if revenue is $1.5m as CEO mentioned.  The key is Q2. i estimate it will  be $4-4.5 revenue. It will have $1.8m EBITDA,  0.01 share.

At $1.5M revenue and a 75% GM (I doubt they'll get that high in FQ1), they'd need to have corporate expenses of $1.125M or less to break even.  If you exclude stock based compensation, I still think they'll come up short.  Of course, if they're being ultra conservative with the revenue estimate, it might be possible. Having said that, FQ1 is just an early transitional ...more

It may be reasonable to take out share based compensation, when it is for one time events. It is ridiculous to remove it when it is the companies largest expense because it is how they pay everyone because of having no cash for years on end.

A question is how much revenue a patient actually generates. I'm assuming a patient has to have an interaction with a doctor to bill something. Do we expect every patient to have an interaction every month? Is that either possibly from the perspective of the doctors time or what patients want? I can see it being a hypochondriacs dream but that can't be the basis for recurrent revenue. I ...more

It is my understanding that patients onboarded are suffering from long term ailments, they are monitored to prevent hospitalization. They are signed on as a recurring subscription. Most will be clients until death.

A very good point.  I wouldn't expect claims to be variable each month.  Also, since Reliq prepares the billing, they'll make sure program requirements are met so that payments can flow smoothly to clients.  Something not mentioned in the latest WSR interview is that Lisa said CMS has been really helpful.  That was a small statement, but it was quite informative, at ...more

That was my prediction 10 days ago. It is basically right, a little better with 70k earning. Prediction for FQ2: revenue around $4-4.5m, EBITDA 45%=$1.8m-2m. Gross margin will be higher than 75% because CEO said they sold all devices last Q. Q2 has entirely SaaS revenue. Current Q2 is turning point to make people in doubt to start to believe.
