Now the penny drops about the modest short interest increase.  Just a couple of things right off the top of my head.  No mention of the CEO putting in a fair amount of her own funds which, since she hasn't sold any at any time, is kinda the opposite of a pump and dump.  Also, no mention of things Cognizant itself has said about their relationship with Reliq.  If I spent 10

Whitediamond Research claims that they have spoken to Cognizant. Cognizant says that RHT is only a customer not a partner as we are lead to believe.

C'mon are you kidding me, if this is in fact true we are screwed. If this claim is false, there will be a law suit launch against Whitediamond Research. This article just came out this morning, is RHT and Lisa aware of this report. She needs to address this claim now!!!!

I'm not sure the company needs to dignify this with a response, but I wouldn't blame them if they did.  On the other hand, the White Diamond folks (whoever they are) did post a lovely picture of our CEO.

If they don't address this scathing article Papi, then will you re-think your investment? Article states Cognizant not really a partnership, nor Blum or Max. Are there not legal repercussions for publishing untruths? Article has responses from above companies as well. Not good

Turns out that White Diamond has been sued before. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/united-health-products-files-defamation-222548070.html The company that sued them was also health care products related. United Health Products is still extant. I don't have time now to see how the lawsuit turned out.

From what I've read about White Diamond, this report is pure garbage. Seems over 90% of their reports are shooting down companies they have shorted. Sadly, manipulation and disinformation are becoming (or I guess always have been) a big part of the Stock Market.

Stocker46, research companies can not write what ever the hell they want especially if it BS and slanderish in nature. There are reprecussions, such as being sued in the courts. We cannot speculate that this article is garbage, Whitediamond would have known printing false information could really bite them in the AZZZZ.

I see this all the time with many public co.s.  A co. announces LOIs, MOUs, partnerships, deals, contracts, etc. and then when they never materialize the co. says nothing. If these arrangements were material enough to disclose them when first initiated they are material enough to announce their cancellation. I suspect some of Reliq's past contract announcements never materialized

Cancelled contracts is probably the real reason Crossley abandoned reporting no.s of onboarded patients and adopted guidance of revenues. Providing a 6 or 12 month forecast of revenues lets co. work feverishly to sign new contracts to replace any cancelled ones.
