If the company CEO (Lisa) does not address this immediately Reliq is pretty much saying these allegations are true. C'mon you guys, pull your heads out of the sand this is serious. The phone at RHT is probably ringing non stop and their IR is no doubt being bombarded with emails.

   You could ignore this completely had the company not settled a lawsuit rather than defend and counter it.  On principle alone you should never settle if you're not guilty of the allegation.  We shall see I guess but I'm very Leary right now.       It also shows that by association with this company Rht was hoping to push their share price upward

Well said Sandman, funny I was thinking the same thing about the lawsuit. Lisa said it was easier just to pay it and make it go away. Immediately after the company settled I wondered WTF!!! It just goes to show that you cannot cover all the bases, I was wondering why the stock price came off a buck thirty and struggled to get back there. Papi, you are correct the company does not and should not pay attention to bullboards. However it is quite clear from previous posts yours included that the company IR is now aware of this article. They still are not responding, which is concerning. The trading volume has now reach over half a million shares in Canada and climbing. That tells me that investors are very concerned and jumping ship.

Thanks for your reply. Iv'e been involved in plenty of stocks that there has been an article written about them in which they did not respond and if so it wasn't right away. This isnt nothing new to me,as i said they do not read bullboards,many times do not respond as its no the truth and many companys have settled law suits.I mean 2.5 million is f all. "Who knows who's right" Yeah, two possible class action lawsuit options for RHT stockholders lie ahead and one will be deserving of it and getting jail time to boot. Still unable to find how United Health Products 2019 suit ended. White Diamond put their stock down over 30% in a day. So far we are down only 7.6%.
