Iscfa - You really need to stop with the misinformation and wild speculation.  Everything you posted is true per the discussion one CEO.ca poster had with IR. Doctors are using the Reliq services with adherent patients  The physicians don't use the services with non-adherent patients (since there is little to no data) so Reliq has not delivered services so there is no billing for
