Stance from new Management
I think the resignation as CEO from LC will serve the company in the long-term. However, there is no denying her passion and vision for the company but I think she lost the support of the shareholders by not being up front with her guidance that was never hit (not even close), the changing of metrics around success (i.e.#onboarding), lack of transparent and untruthfullness, then ultimately the cash raise which was a complete shambles. I understand that projections are just that but they should also be relatively close unless something disasterous happens.
I dont think people would even mind the cash raise, but what people do want is TRUTH. If the company is only going to hit $20 million revenue and then say it, if they need more cash then say it, if they are having troubles with A/R say it....you get my point.
Now what we need is someone to come out of the gates as the new CEO and be truthful. What are the three priorities onboarding, collections and financial reporting. The reason why the stock jumped up a bit is that in the absence of any information many thought this company wasnt even a going concern. Just be honest please and give shareholders some credit and allow us to be your champions if you allow us to be.
Good luck to all.

Chris Shields is part of the Lisa Crossley culture so I don't expect things to change until a permanent CEO, hired from outside the co, is hired.

Agreed...I think the temporary Mgmt has to steady the ship and frankly reassure shareholders that the company is prepared to take on the future and make an impact in 2024 including getting the financials out now and in the future. The new CEO must action the three priorties as stated. Thank you.

Lisa did what lisa had to do. She steered the ship through very choppy waters and now the new ceo will have smooth sailing ahead. This is a venture exchange company and at times things feel like the wild, wild west, but if you don't do your dd you might have a tendency to blame someone else instead of yourself. Glta

Read your post, first you say exboyfriend, then exgirlfriend, which is it? Doesn't matter poor analogy in my opinion. You could have just stuck to the investment choices and taking responsibility. Not many will do that, because it is always human nature to blame someone else when things go wrong.

Well said I22, some don't realize how "old and stale" their continuous sarcasm is. Lots of projection from Aaaaaargh, he really needs to do some deep self reflection and soul searching. Such an unhappy person who's only outlet is on a public BB....sad really

Some don't realize how old and stale their continued support for a failing CEO is, only to criticize and attack those posters with a different view point.

Or you can be one of the NEW and Fresh with your continous beatig the drum of a marginal company that virtually eveyone is holding at a loss!! your posts will not make a difference, markets dictate and they are not impressed as seen by the low stock price!!

Wow!!! are you kidding me. Lisa helped create the choppy waters, with untruths, multiple missteps, fantasy numbers. Smooth sailing ahead, LOL, Bahahahahaha. Get off the weed buddy, your brain cells are taking a serious hit.

It would be an absolute HONOUR to be put on ignore by this clown. His continued useless posts and obvious losses on this dog are humerous and dangerous. He must not be able to read a stock quote...as this has been a disaster for years!! Keep hopoing and dont worry about what anyone else does!!!

Seems like a pretty good assessment. Neither the company nor its investors would exist now without what she did. She likely burned herself out doing it. Someone else taking the shift in the wheelhouse is good for everyone. And she is a shareholder too.
