Is there any chance
of you guys being sued for waste of electrical energy? At the very least a complete waste of breath. Give it up, please, until we get that report, then have at it!

Hold your breath, because there is a strong possibility this CO may be delisted/sold before we may see the earnings report... However what is 100% sure is that it would be abysmal at best.

This is what "due diligence" looks like when trying to make sense of a compnany with no real information disclosed about it even though it has been operating that way for years. That one can do so reveals regulators don't regulate. Imagine if every company operated with such lack of disclosure.

You maybe right about your lawsuit assumptions, but at the end of the day why do such large healthcare providers keep signing contracts with Reliq? Thw product must be viable but the cpmpany's plumbing is all clogged up.

That is simply incorrect. If that was the case, they couldn't have classified it as 'current receivables' They simply are booking revenue that the clients are refusing to provide actual payments for - likely because they disagree that the contract terms were fulfilled and revenue is justified

Of course! Evidence: - previous write off of vast majority of revenues - lack of collections of current revenues - audited financials delayed by 65 days and counting - constant dilution - private placement for amount that is insignificant if in fact receivables were collected You can argue that it is not beyond reasonable doubt, but this isn't court of law. There is tons of evidence

Let's once again go back to square one. Which fiscal year are you alleging those write offs took place?

Admittedly curiosity gets the cat every now and then. A real simple one if you don't mind. Why are you on this board given your clear position on this? I also respect the right to post their thoughts, don't get me wrong, in the same way each takes value or not from any post. Cheers

Curious?? Why are you ON this board?? Is it to commiserate with all the other zealots who cannot see garbage when its right in front of them?? I love this mentality....All for one and one for all(to lose together) and shame on anyone who dares to point out the obvious.

Well, appears this is directed at my curiosity question. If not, apologizes for this response....your post says a great deal, as I bite my lip and take the high road....
