If the debitor just upload their shares at 0.025 also with a little profit we will not breakthrough this wall for long time. A further possibility I see is the company is going private. They will keep the sp down and pay out the rest of retail sh. Maximal the sp can reach Imo is 0.05 but this is just if the company can deliver something.

Great post HSG. Your onto something. I believe that RLV can/will be delivering big time. No way that an investment firm/creditor would take on that amount of shares unless they know ahead of time what the outcome will be. When financing is approved things will move and like you say, going private could happen. Something is up for sure, and I'm sure the creditor's won't lose there ...more

Even if the financing falls through, ( which I doubt it will ) for a financial institution to make an offer like they have, there has to be very good news coming. The offer speaks volume's. Best wishes to all..............MW

Tell that to the multiple prior investors that have watched their warrants expire worthless. And to the auditors that have left because of non-payment. And to the investors that have listened to your BS as the stock has slid from 27 cents to the 2 cents it now sits at. The $2 million investment accrued $400,000+ in interest while RLV was incapable of paying it back...that's a nice ...more
