Richmond Minerals Inc. is a mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in exploration projects located across the provinces of Austria and Ontario. It is focused on the exploration of the Canadian Ridley Lake Gold Project located in the central Ontario's Swayze Greenstone Belt, and development of a polymetallic project near the town of Oberzeiring in the province of Styria in Austria, Europe. The Canadian Ridley Lake Gold Project is located approximately 40 kilometers (km) southwest of the town of Foleyet and 120 km west-southwest of the city of Timmins. Its Oberzeiring Polymetallic Project comprises an area of over 3,000 hectares located near the town of Oberzeiring in the province of Styria, approximately 80 kilometers north of Graz, Austria. It also owns about 362 exploration licenses in the Schellgaden and Kreuzeck-Goldeck areas located in Carinthia and Salzburg regions of Austria, and 192 base metal exploration licenses in the Tyrol, Leogang and Seekar areas of Austria.

RICHMOND ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION

TORONTO, April 11, 2022 /CNW/ - Richmond Minerals Inc. (TSXV: RMD) ("Richmond" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the purchase of 10 exploration properties in Austria, Europe. The land package consists of 554 exploration licenses totaling 256.1 square kilometres in the Carinthia and Salzberg areas. Including the licenses of Richmond's Oberzeiring Project, the Company now holds a total of 653 exploration licenses covering approximately 300 km2 within the mining districts of Central Europe. The Company's portfolio now includes Pb-Zn, Ag, Au as well as Ni-Co-Cu exploration prospects.
