minus 56 c or 70 degrees f as the 1st step in getting all the turpenes an cbd out of hemp which i guess was not in original patents still doing dd on this hope others are as well

The 8,895,078 patent (2014) claims included the step of reducing the temperature and/or pressure to separate the cannabinoids from the CO2 but the 2014 application did not. Six years and 7 amendments later the reducing step was put back in to the 10,870,632 patent. Canopy’s idiot lawyers should refund most of their fees charged on this case. US Patent 10,870,632 https
