You're right.  My biggest concern was if they were able to keep up the same amount of sales, they did even better. This is very promising and we'll see where it takes us.

MD&A this quarter

MD&A was really well done this quarter. Lots of in depth analysis for such a small company. Management is working hard to sell the investment thesis.

See the MD&A  from this quarter for an explanation of seasonality and their debt. Q1 has highest debt and Q4 has lowest debt every season. Their debt level this quarter is lower than the same ...more

I am looking for an exit in the $.23 to $.30 range. I think thats where a take private/acquisition price will land in the near term. Longer term with debt repayment is how I get to $0.40.
