company going to be taken private

announced stategic review. I am pretty certain the CEO and his will make an offer to buy the rest of the shares for at least 20 cents. That would be a steal in my opinion. Company should make 4 cents ...more

retail liquor store sales up 18% in 2020 in the uS

And the higher end, more profitable booze accounts ofr 40% of the growth. Granted Alberta's economy is not great, but sales must still  be up.

Yes both liquor chains are doing well. But we have to wait till April for the next numbers. Still hoping for more inpatient dumping.

artice says home consumption of booze has gone through the roof with higher priced booze doing  especially well.

Curious to know who's selling at these levels. Insiders loaded 2.5M at 12c and already hold half of them. No one is getting mine, that's for sure.

So 8% increased sales year over year in Q1, 19% increase in Q2 and EBITDA UP 71%, Q3 up 36% from Q2 and 58% increased income from 9 months prior. Ya ok and suddenly prior to Q4 report due out end of ...more

Looks like they are doing a share consolidation of 5 to 1.  Not sure why there hasn't been an annoucement.

Peter just spent $150 000 on shares Dec.3 hardly a move one would make if they were thinking of going private. Every bit the move if one thinks his shares are very undervalued which they are.

Doubting they go private they just bought shares and hold a lot of shares. They likely make a sale that appears how's its being setup.

I doubt CLIQ will be the one to buy them out if it happens. CLIQ has stated they are trying to get out of rural small town markets, and have referenced in earnings calls that their large format stores ...more

Can’t help to wonder if CLIQ will take out RUM? They already have liquor stores in Alberta and BC not to mention new weed stores in Alberta. Taking us out would add 40-50 million plus annually in revs ...more
