Sal their is a reason a company files for reorganization . If you have leases you want to get out of and the landlord is trying to hold you in it gives you leverage alot of leverage. If you owe vendors for product that is to be shipped but held up for payment it gives you much leverage. These are some of the reasons plus it will also basically wipe the shareholders out. Rather than fund the problems you raise capital to fund reorg and the growth. This is not what i beleive is happening but if push comes to shove this is what could happen. I believe based on what i have seen for 3 years that Marcello will do whats in Marcellos best interest.

Everything Marcello does is to serve Marcello. Until he is removed no one can make this work.
