Not sure about that. Raise for pre production initiated activity. Is this necessary to get some buyer interest? Why not wait till after pea and fs to do a pp raise? Makes no sense to me unless they know the pea will disappoint?

Just speculating here, but could an interested party be buying on the open market and building a substantial stake here. Way to stall such a move would be to get some shares into stable hands. Away from retailers. In any case, this will ensure company has some funds to negotiate a buy out, prove they can raise funds if they need to. But I also wonder why it feels rushed and timed to be just pre ...more

I wish I knew! Not sure they would issue to the big boys if they knew that PEA was going to be a disappointments. Those guys would not be happy.  This was not such a big float, maybe they needed money sooner that it will take to stabilize the price to issue one? I am gonna wait for a better brain to tackle this.
