There are enough parttimers grabbing a big buck from shareholders that they could at least get the proper voting site. Can you imagine the frustrations one of these billion dollar bio companys have trying to meet with the parttime management we have? Think about it?? I would really like to see the time sheets for the team to make sure we are getting at least 3-4 hours a week work out of them?

You mean you registered that you withheld your votes, because that is all you can do if you don't like them. The other options are vote for, or not vote at all, in which case votes go to the for column. Its nice that you figured it out, but given that the CSO is the intellectual property mastermind here, and a world renowned one at that, she really plays zero role in bringing

Biobum. I voted. What makes you think our CSO is so great. I would think that despite mamgement short comings, the science alone should have carried itself.  Plus, she makes pretty good money bumping along here. But this time is different. Management can't keep dropping the ball...time and time again. Nope, this time it is different. Not a lot different mind you.

Judging by the volume and shareprice today, the market is voting on Sirona with their money. The market alwys knows an should never be discounted when it comes to shareholder sentiments.

I don't know what you are talking about. My proxy form is correct and it says go to www.proxyvote.com  Even a QR code is supplied and everything is just fine. There is nothing misleading at all about this. Do you really own any shares or perhaps are you referring to another company vote form.

Yes, but if your broker uses Bridgeport then people get the proxyvote.com control number in the mail, like myself. There are two routes. And to answer your buddies question- you still get the mail out package even if you have an rrsp or tfsa. If they don't, it would be because they have supplied the incorrect mailing address.

Bio, I have 4 accounts that have sirona in them. So far, the only account I have recieved in the mail is a trading account. The 3 others, a RRSP and two TSFA accounyts have not showed up. But, I called BMO investorline and  they gave me all my controll numbers and I withheld all shares against management and voted shares against what I feel is theft.

Biorun: I have been a Shareholder for 3 years in a tfsa and I have never received anything from Sirona but I do from every other company in my tfsa portfolio. CIBC was of no help. Ideas would be appreciated as you seem to have more knowledge in this respect.

When you say CIBC was of no help do you actually have a broker at CIBC or do you do everything online? Even at that there should be an administrator that would dig it out for you. If they are of no help they may be sending you a message i.e. there must be a better place!

Thank you Pandora. I called Investors Edge and they just were of no assistance. Like any bank, it is all who answers your call it seems. I will try the online message route. Maybe I will get someone useful. Just didn't want to waste my time again if it wasn't an option for TFSA holders. I appreciate the help.

Quick update if anyone is missing Proxy Forms. You are simply meant to email [e-mail] and they will have Computershare send them out to you. Super easy. No need to contact your bank like I did. Lesson learned....
