that kind of wall was there the week or two before Abbvie agreement was announced if folks remember correctly. another explanation is perhaps its someone wanting out.

Well, it's a great opportunity to get in and grab a big chunk. The next few months seems to be very promising. Company value will be added soon enough. Buy low - sell high.

Isn't it more likely that people with knowledge want to get out, who still hold a few warrants at 0.16

I don't believe for a second that anyone has special knowledge except the select group of company internal employees who would be absolutely 100% held to the wall on being prohibited from buying or selling any of their shares so long as they are holding onto material undisclosed information that we don't have. So in a way, so long as they are holding onto those Abbvie agreement details

ok. then call it a small sale or insignificant volume. the observation is: yesterday evening (german time) over 400k in the ask in CAN. this morning it goes in germany from 8:03 to 8:22 with 128.999 pieces by 14% to the south. And this two days before the secret of the upfront of our blockbuster deal is published, which turns sirona into a profitable company. in the week in which more news will

I don't worry about the CAN wall yesterday, seen this before as a means to make sure that options/warrants issued to management are favourable as calculation is based on average price during a period of time. One can only speculate about the sellout in Germany today. Within two weeks we should get announcement about the anti-aging clinical trial, an update by means of letter to shareholders

whomever wishes to sell is wanting more than 18.5 cents? if games are being played, then I have no idea.

I don't think they actually want to sell the shares, the purpose is to put a lid on the share price.

To make sure the average is low for the warrants/options that's about to be defined, possibly in preparation for the assumed new CEO or themselves.  That's my two cents.

I am not aware they were planning new warrants. As I have said before, if they have recieved the upfront payment, which would be reasonable to assume, and they got some of the grant money from the French Government to advance the fluorination platform further, then they have no need of $$.

The purpose of additional warrants/options issued to management is to achive a better slice of the company after years of dilution. I'm usually not aware of this until they throw it in my face in financials or tail it in a NR. Let's wait and see.

  yeah it's true. There was a big wall before abbvie. And it didn't mean anything good. What shall be good interpretation of this? There is none

As we sit today, that is correct. But the stock price doubled during that time period from 17 cents to 35 cents as a result of that announcement. Then sell off as distrust, profit taking, and global economy concerns affected that base in the several weeks following. So far, nothing adverse has changed the situation, since that climb was made.
