From what I read so far looks like this stuff is really rare, very few mines. And it looks like a high tech metal that can be employed in many new applications. Quebec looks like the place for it.

With what I understand from reading on it, Rio Tinto has an eye on IPG for the added value it could bring to its aluminum produced in Quebec in order to compete on the world market with a better and more efficient product.  It is like CIA with its high grade iron ore from Bloom Lake mine that positions them two steps head of competition.  By the way, the first time I bought CIA in 2016,
