RE:If you own surface rights why sell to MirsadIt is obvious that your agenda here on this board is to scare the uninformed into selling into your stink bid.   Nobody posts constantly like you do, looks for and bashes each post daily or hourly, and who deliberately mixes and confuses terms, who isn't trying to manipulate the share price.   

For the umpteenth time, GoGold can't buy from someone what is not owned, and the grantor of the surface rights do NOT own the mineral rights.   Also, the surface rights owner isn't selling anything, but granting access to the property for a relatively minor fee.   

But this is for others on this board reading, since you already know this.
