Patent Protection
We know that copper has its place in DCs. S7 appears to be holding the line here as far as offering superior tech that will be much needed in the near term. They is only so many ways to skin a cat.
Pent up demand is growing exponentially each month at this point (potentially). Let's hope this new sales oriented outfit is helping S7 land some deals in a slowly maturing market.
Between DC's and 5G, let alone seeing massive adoption of VR/AR in the years ahead - which is really dependent on the 5G role out -growth potential is enormous.
Why is VR & AR dependent on wireless tech? Between mobile and home based technology you need a network that can support bandwidth interchangeably to create an uninterrupted experience that's not possible at this time.
Alot of this tech will be wireless, but there will still be countless applications for tethering.
The virus will help to push the need for mobile VR/AR solutions. The masses right now are adjusting to wearing things on their faces. Fashionable masks, glasses are not so awkward sounding are they?

It's. "There is more than one way to skin a cat" implies an almost limitless amount of ways to do it.
