So Murray let me see if I understand what you are saying. You believe that the Gold reserves are worth more than $150 million and that the company has not done a proper valuation of the site prior to the vote. They made a deal with another company that if they spent $35 million on drilling they could own the site for $35 million that is worth $150 million. Sound like you are on to something. If this is the case their are probably more plants in this company than you know about. It would not surprise me if the company that wants to do the work will inflate the $$ amounts spent to reach $35 million just to steal the property.

If this is true this waterton company as they say on the I love Lucy show. Lucy you got some splanning to do.
