If all warrants he currently hold are exercised, ES will own 29.05% of SIC. He has promised not to exercise warrants held until the SIC board approves his status as a "Control Person". Doubt he is interested in a seat on the board but he will have great influence over the management and company. It is an incredible stamp of approval from one of the best in the industry. He does not own a larger portion of any other company currently exploring in this hot Newfoundland gold region. That also tells you something. Hopefully, we will see 50 cents today. GLTA

Agree for most part GoldCasino but selling out to ES is not always a good thing. ES likes to have his own way and when he does not get it he walks. Take a look at GCM last year. He had a large position and then put out a huge buy on it when it was $7. That was when he exited and the stock has never recovered and trades in low $5.00 and change now. What are you talking about ???   Yes, Eric Sprott did sell 200k @ $7.08 in July of 2020.  That left him still owning 5.582 million shares + 6.832 million warrants. That's a far cry from "exiting" the stock. For a more rational reason for the drop in the GCM stock price, I think it might be more accurate to attribute the blame towards the 2020  loss of  US$27

Sorry I could not respond quicker Blindboy as to GCM The date of theses 200k sales was 2020 07 21 , but filed later ( 25/08 )  Sprott sold all his remaining shares in august and the big chunck the 2020/08/18 ( 4.3 millions ) . and filed the 08/ 18 .  For me he has no stock . Thats what I heard also. What I know for sure is that ES was the guy who was in early back in 2018 when the Company could not raise a nickel. The market was terrible. Eric also bought a subsequent placement to fund the small 3000 metre early phase programs. So, to be fair, many of us including me have lots to thank him for.
