shares

Niave' investor here,
Dumb question........

First, COngrats to all, Tim as well for your foresight to  these land grabs which obviously help out greatly, and will into the future.

My question is about the outstanding shares. I know how they came about, but our share count in MUCH higher than our other local companies. ( Notice I did NOT say competitors)
This certainly affects our share price.

I saw a few mopnths ago, Jaguar Mining did a 1 for 10 reverse split. Normally, I would say a reverse is viewed negatively, but notice Jaguar has maintainted their share price.

This is just a thought for discussion, not advocating one way or the other

thanks
GG

I agree because in the NL gold rush that maybe coming, people are going to want to be into anything/everything on the rock. They call it greed. How do I know? Well I might be a little greedy myself. LOL...Good luck to all. T

The long weekend in Canada is ample time for the NFG news to spread worldwide. Ask yourself a question. If you wanted to get in how would you do it? If it was me I would buy at least 2 but likely 3 of these companies for varioius reasons. NFG is great however it has run up and difficult to get even a 2 bagger in the short/medium term. You would pick up a limited amount here. LAB/NFLD great ...more

Bluechipper, you hit the nail on the head, but the Greek likes the miners that Palisades, Crescat ( Q.H.), Sprott and NFG invest in. So Greek would add K-9 to that group. The Greek bought more Labrador today. Now, if the Greek wasn't overweight in NFG, he would not hesitate to start a position today.  The Greek here, enjoying the good times.
