If we need to raise more money because of leasing all this property will we'll be raising at .25cents . I really do think the market would take the leasing much better if they told us a little bit about the properties. Now if Tim said , oh we've got 6 great gold showings over 40 meters at surface or there was a 4-5 area that people had picked at over the years or even wow we seen a couple big boulders with gold showings... Anything, Anything.. Not nothing ....

I agree there could be better communication. I disagree on the raise price. I am not sure about the numbers, however, the company is not allowed to discount the stock that much when raising funds. I think the discount is around 10%, as when Eric bought at .26, I believe the share price was at .29

As I recall -- the raise price was set when the raise deal was signed over the weekend of March 13/14. This became a "done deal" at the time of signing and the price was a discount to the closing price on March 12 of $.30/sh.  The raise was then publicly announced via Press Release on March 19 and during the period of March 15 thru 18 the market price of SIC increased from $.30 to  ...more
