nice to see this company going for more dilution...what a joke.....more job security fof the gang at SLQ....this company sure doesn't care much for their shareholders.

I think more significantly this shows that the company was unable to complete its unbrokered placement and now needs help. Probably 50/50 whether we have a business in 90 days.
