Are you saying, press release, stock goes up because production started, SNV gets a new deep pocket investor, pays the debt, then SGE has to share 25% of new production w/SNV. Interesting, maybe Jimmy missplayed his hand.

Even if SGE converts their shares at 10cents for debt if we don't repay it we are laughing.  As long as we legally own 25% what I believe we do, the value at current oil prices are massive. Dollar land potential I would even guess

  Hoping SKKMIGAS finally got through to Jimmy with the help of some of SNV attorneys. If the partnership can just focus on pumping oil then this will be lucrative for all stakeholders. Today's prices are a steal if the rumours are true.
