They have to that date to complete it. When it's done the news will follow. So if the date lapses and then crickets.. I'd be concerned. But not worried myself personally, as I believe all is well

If it's guaranteed, and stated... is it still news? Or is it just fact at that point. If I say I'm going to be at your house and water your flowers on Saturday when your gone for a week, am I obligated to let you know that in fact the flowers have been watered? Lol

Well, the September 30 deadline comes and goes without news. Irrespective of whether the day falls on a weekend or not, the date passes without acknowledgment from management. Not happy.

based on no news but stock at 22 cents suggets to me anyway this date of September 30 has been moved.  We need clarity next week but Sonoro in the past during Budong days always press released Rig getting contracted, then moving on site, then drilling and assume they will do the same with this project

I'm not sure about that!  I'm also not sure why they would say in a September 13th news release that they were on track to have the first well spud by September 30th. One would have to assume they have all that done. At least have the rig contracted and moved on to the site.  If they didn't they have no right to say it will be done by September 30th.

September 30 was noted as a significant milestone numerous times. It's unfortunate that management chose to let it pass without a comment, irrespective of whatever the contributing issues there maybe.  I have no information that indicates we're not on track. Just airing some frustration here.

You do realize everyone that today is the 30th. Can't announce anything on a weekend. I think the 30th was chosen specifically for a Monday release. Nobody has missed anything.

So what you're saying or implying is that because they didn't do a NR early before deadline then there's an issue!?... I don't accept that hypothesis. Management is very clear of investor sentiment and meeting deadlines this time around. Thus far they have been killing it with as much information when and frequently they can. One last point I would like to add that may have been mentioned here previously is that our law firm we now use is probably one of the best firms in the country. I think we also learned that lesson. Nobody and I mean nobody will be willing to mess with us over any contractual things. We are iron clad. Based on this there is no agreement issues. Nonsense talk that has nothing to do with the issue at hand. The deadline of September 30 has come and gone. Given that the date falls on the weekend, the first opportunity for news was Friday, the day before. Now, the next opportunity is the next business day, Monday. Not happy that the first opportunity was missed.

So if the deadline was the 30th and work was still being done how would you expect them to issue a release Friday? Are they fortune tellers?  There is absolutely nothing wrong with there being no release yet. If there's nothing by Tuesday then I would consider that an issue

What is it that you don't get? It's not ON September 30 but BY September 30. It's not COMPLETED by September 30 but SPUD (start drilling operations) by September 30. Based on the news 2 weeks ago "we remain on target to be spud BEFORE September 30...". Hence, it was reasonable, if not desirable, to expect news on Friday.

This comment really doesn't make much sense, lol. when you NR that's before 30th the holders should have update on the Friday prior due to weekend. Pretty straightforward.
