Anyone care to guess what the vote will be for?

Should just be a standard AGM required yearly. Vote on board memebers, stock option plan and auditor I suspect

Believe that's just how it comes out for computer share. Seen many other companies with that, and believe last 2 or 3 years have said the same for SNV with nothing "special" added outside of the standard terms.

No, really don't think anything will happen in the next 60 days.  The previous 60 days,since January 19 the stock has gone down.  January 19th the share price hit .16 cents. I don't have a lot of confidence in sonoro!  Any talk of MENA is just hype, in my opinion, because why on earth Sonoro, with limited funds start something in the Middle East or North Africa  as a

Which is why I believe something special coming. Plus it would be good to shake hands with the people steering my large sum of money. Anyone been to one of Sonoro's AGMs? Doubt they have the office space. Address TBD?

Pretty sure the entire management live outside Canada so not sure who your planning to meet will be virtual like the last few Agms

I don't remember getting information sent to me before to be able to cast my vote for each share I hold. Was anyone else? If it is not an in-person meeting, every shareholder should be given a link to connect via MS Teams. Am I wrong?

  good luck with that one.  We have been trying for years  I know about 10 shareholders on here and not on here that would love to speak to Richard or at worst submit questions for him to answer

Put it this way... Richards team went public on implying Mena was imminent give or take a month or 2 and now crickets. He would simply tell us what we want investors to hear. No way he takes hard questions

If he wants to build credibility and is Sonoro 2.0 be a man and provide a link or make a conference call available for shareholders and not hide like a snake    Hope everyone on here agrees because if enough of us ask for it maybe they follow through

It would be appropriate to make these meetings public to shareholders since that is what they are for. If voting does occur on options, say option A or option B moving forward. That would be nice to have some say. I don't have much to ask. To have 150 shareholders all ask the same stupid stuff like "where is MENA" or "you promised" would be a waste of everyone's time

Agreed, they should send a virtual meeting invite for an investor call for right after the formal portion of the AMG is complete.  Let investors ask there informal questions, or collect for commone questions from shareholders to answer in an informal setting
